As for sensitivity, this changes between games, or how I am feeling on a certain day, but these are the sensitivities that I use in different games (All on 1600dpi):

Apex: 0.7x, 1.0x ADS (37.1cm)

Overwatch: 3.0 (28.8cm)

CS:GO: 0.6x (43.3cm)
